There’s no other way of starting a property development is there? You find the most glorious beach side location on one of the most stunning beaches in the world. Mai Khao beach Phuket is the location. West Sands is the development. Here we jump all the way back to February 2007.
Believe it or not but that pile of sand you see there is actually 6 beach hotel villas. Or at least it will be. When they are finished you will virtually be able to throw a stone from your own private pool into the sea :) The hotel beach villas each have 3 bedrooms and are the ideal accomodation for a family looking for the holiday of a life time. Obviously you might want to wait until they are more than just piles of sand on the beach though.
