From what I’ve seen on the news it looks as though there has been a lot of unrest in Thailand recently. From what I can gather (as a foreigner looking in) a lot of itt appears to stem from the previous Prime Minister (who by the way has just sold his ownership of Manchester City football club).
No douby this will all sort itself out, in the meantime I have it from a couple of reliable sources that the property market is holding up very well. There are still large numbers of enquiries from people looking to rent and buy.
