This blog is going to be about lots of things, but mainly Phuket Property. In fact it’s going to be about one development in particular, the West Sands property development located on the west coast of Phuket, Thailand. West Sands is different from many of the other developments that have appeared in recent times because of one main reason, an ideal of eco friendly living. The Phuket property for sale at West Sands will be the greenest available to buy, no doubts at all! In fact in 2007 West Sands won the Green Development Award at the Thailand Property Awards, a great achievement. But why write about this? Because I can, and because they have done something I’ve never seen before, they’ve provided a photographic history of how the development has taken shape. All the way from a blank plot of prime real estate on Mai Khao beach all the way to finished properties it’s all there to see. I think that’s a great subject for a blog.
Besides the West Sands Phuket property development I’ll also be writing about more general stuff, including holidays (we do a lot of holidays) and the property market in general. A lot of places in the world are seeing prices go down, however there are still places that can offer excellent investment opportunities, Phuket being one!
