As much time at West Sands is being dedicated to the natural surroundings as the actual properties themselves. Half of the development is being dedicated to creating the most stunning natural surroundings possible. To this extent several lakes are being created to enhance the natural backdrop and this picture shows just one of them. A number of Villa properties will be situated around these lakes giving a different outlook to the more beach centric properties that comprise the majority of the West Sands development.

We’re taking open plan living to a whole new level with these Hotel Villas! This is what you call getting back to nature.
Once the struts are in place the roof is added before the walls are built up. When you think about it it’s just like buyliding sands castles as a kid. OK not really, but it still got to be good fun playing in all that sand all the same.

From what I’ve seen on the news it looks as though there has been a lot of unrest in Thailand recently. From what I can gather (as a foreigner looking in) a lot of itt appears to stem from the previous Prime Minister (who by the way has just sold his ownership of Manchester City football club).
No douby this will all sort itself out, in the meantime I have it from a couple of reliable sources that the property market is holding up very well. There are still large numbers of enquiries from people looking to rent and buy.

OK so you might need to use your imagination here, but this is really a luxury Condo block you are looking at. In fact it is condo block 5 on the West Sands plan. Each block of condominiums includes 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as a number of luxury penthouses, complete with roof top pools. Needless to say the views you get from the top are absolutely stunning. As it is as the moment though it just looks like a pile of sand (This was back in February 2007, you really want to see what this patch of sand looks like now, trust me 
)

There’s no other way of starting a property development is there? You find the most glorious beach side location on one of the most stunning beaches in the world. Mai Khao beach Phuket is the location. West Sands is the development. Here we jump all the way back to February 2007.
Believe it or not but that pile of sand you see there is actually 6 beach hotel villas. Or at least it will be. When they are finished you will virtually be able to throw a stone from your own private pool into the sea :) The hotel beach villas each have 3 bedrooms and are the ideal accomodation for a family looking for the holiday of a life time. Obviously you might want to wait until they are more than just piles of sand on the beach though.
